IDRA Research & Consulting offers quantitative research services in the form of surveys both ad-hoc and continuous (omnibus, tracking, etc).

Each project is carefully considered to respond to client needs. IDRA offers a full package of quantitative research services:

Our work is conducted in accordance with ESOMAR Code of research practice. Our interviewers are well trained and experienced and abide by standards of IDRA IQCS (Interviewer Quality Control Scheme).

Data Quality Control

IDRA has a full process of data quality control in place. Prior to entering the data in computer format a logical review of the questionnaire for any contradiction, obvious errors and omissions, is undertaken. IDRA uses SPSS for data entry, cleaning and processing in a network of 12 computers. We also use other software and have the capacity to integrate and transform the databases in the majority of formats used in Market Research industry worldwide.

In terms of quality control IDRA usually checks 15%-20% of filled questionnaires. The control is logistical (reached the respondent) and also content control (verification of 2-3 questions from the qnr.). For specific surveys and requirements, IDRA also applies follow-up tendency response control of 15%-20% of the interviews (4-5 selected questions throughout the questionnaire checked again by other interviewer.

A computer validation program is designed in each project, in order to assure the accuracy of the data.
