Auron is Managing Director and Founder of IDRA Research & Consulting. He has more than 12 years of experience in the field of research management and development consulting. Since establishment of IDRA Research & Consulting, he has led numerous research projects and consulting assignments for different clients. Auron has guided the firm to a dynamic growth, ensuring a reputation for high performance and excellent client service. Prior experiences include positions Deputy Chief of Party of USAID Public Administration Program in Albania and Research Director of Albanian Economic Research Center. Devoting time to volunteer work, Auron is the Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement Albania, a non-profit organization which is dedicated to youth entrepreneurship education.
Enkelejda is the Administrator of IDRA Research & Consulting since its inception. In charge of administrative, legal and human resource issues at IDRA. She also overseas the legal components of IDRA development consulting services. She holds a Law Degree from Tirana University and a Master Degree in Public Administration from Nebraska University/Tirana University. Enkelejda holds also an attorney at law license as a member of Albanian Bar Association. Since 2007, she is a lecturer of Business Ethics at Marin Barleti University in Tirana.
Marjeta is in charge of all financial issues at IDRA. She holds a degree in Mathematics from Tirana University and has gone through several qualification courses on Finance and Accounting. She joined IDRA in 2004 and has worked her way up from Administrative Assistant to Head of Finance

Ledi joined IDRA in 2005. As a research coordinator she is in charge of research design, implementation, reporting and presentations. Her portfolio includes qualitative and quantitative projects. She has experience in social research, brand research, market segmentation and performance evaluation studies. Ledi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tirana University and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and European Studies from the Central European University, Hungary.
Tedi joined IDRA in 2007 and since 2008 has been in charge of the data unit. His responsibilities include data entry platforms, data validation, and processing. His university degree is in Greek language from Tirana University but his hobbies have been always IT and database management. During the period at IDRA he has dealt successfully with some of the most complex data management projects for many prestigious international clients.
